I aim to guide you all the way through your nutrition journey, while empowering you to be healthier & happier. The fast-paced society we live in often makes taking time for yourself a challenge. Here at EmPowered Nutrition, my goal is to give you the opportunity to work on yourself from the inside out. We'll discuss your personal wellness goals & in time I will help you reach your form of nutritional happiness. I offer 1 hour initial consultations & 30 minute follow up sessions on an ala carte basis or through packages. See below for a list of my specialties.
This program is designed to provide you with knowledge, skills, & confidence to make positive changes in your lifestyle related to nutrition & wellness. I will serve as your personal health expert and guide you on your journey to all-round wellness. Each week will have a different focus with new information, challenges, & counseling sessions. If you have taken part in any of my virtual series in the past, the format is very similar, only we meet individually on a weekly basis for extra guidance & support, set personal goals, & the program can be started whenever your schedule allows.

We'll overhaul your cupboards & fridge together, while discussing food items that are must-haves in a well balanced kitchen. By the end of the session you & your kitchen will feel refreshed! I'll provide you with a kitchen staples handout, grocery list template, & recipe ideas to streamline your cooking process.

Learn insider tips & tricks on how to grocery shop effectively. We'll visit your local supermarket together & roam the aisles to discuss best practices nutrition experts follow, all while getting your weekly shopping done!

We'll work together to set family wellness goals, help you lead by example, & get everyone involved in the kitchen! Good nutrition should be fun & come as second nature, so that is what I strive to do with my family sessions. As a group, you will help each other stay accountable, challenge each other, & push one another to reach not only your family goals, but also individual goals! Family sessions are available on an ala carte pricing system or via the packages listed above.
