We'll work together to set goals, redefine "healthy", & make positive changes to your lifestyle. I truly believe that "healthy" looks different for everyone & that we don't need to focus on restriction to achieve our best self.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen, spending time with family & friends, and being outdoors & active as much as possible!
Emily Holdorf is a Scranton-based Registered Dietitian (RD) Nutritionist. She specializes in a non-diet, mindful approach to nutrition & movement. Emily completed her Master's degree in Human Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in Human Nutrition & focus in Community Nutrition through The University of Alabama. She also completed her dietetic internship through Marywood University, with a focus in Community Nutrition. She has created nutrition sessions for all ages to educate individuals on healthy lifestyles & has planned and participated in various community wellness events. Emily also has a wide variety of experiences in both the clinical & community settings and aims to share her nutrition knowledge with others.
