Hey there - I'm Emily Holdorf. As a registered dietitian, I strive to empower you to achieve your personal form of nutritional happiness. I believe in a mindful approach when it comes to eating & movement. This means working with you to get back to your roots to find an eating style that works for you!
It's my goal to guide you on your health journey & show you how to incorporate balance into all aspects of your life. We'll work together to set goals, redefine "healthy", & make positive changes to your lifestyle. I truly believe that "healthy" looks different for everyone & that we don't need to focus on restriction to achieve our best self.
I'm on a mission to create effective ways to lead you to a nourished life, in every way possible. Together, we can build a healthier, happier lifestyle for you & everyone around you.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen, spending time with family & friends, and being outdoors & active as much as possible!
